Regenerative retail in optics
In optics, we use high-quality materials for all our products. Glasses often have an emotional value for our customers: they enable them to see well and determine their appearance. Throwing glasses away at the end of their life cycle is therefore a waste.

At best, the glasses end up in a drawer as replacement glasses, at worst in the residual waste. Sometimes glasses are collected for charity, but only a small proportion actually ends up in a good place. What if we applied nature's design principles to optical retail, how would that change the way we look at our business? What would or could we do differently?
