In a personal consultation, we discuss your preferences regarding design, budget, and other key details. Our experienced interior design team is on hand to provide advice and support every step of the way.

2. PLANNING
Based on our modular principle, we create a plan for the renovation or new construction of your optical or acoustics store within a short timeframe. Using measurements and photos, we develop a design including floor plans, elevations, photorealistic 3D renderings, and a bespoke quote.

3. REALIZATION
Throughout the entire implementation phase, our competent team of interior designers and specialists will be by your side. Our experienced installation team ensures a smooth setup.

SHOP CATEGORIES & FURNISHING STANDARDS

Our fitting programmes offer flexible solutions for complete or partial renovations – suitable for every budget and requirement. We offer three shop categories:

BASIC – Functional, practical, and affordable: ca. 500-600 €/m²
CLASSIC – Modern, economical, and appealing: ca. 600-800 €/m²
PREMIUM – Exclusive, sophisticated, and high-quality: ca. 800-1.000 €/m²

(The indicated prices per m² refer solely to fittings. Additional works such as flooring, walls, ceiling, or electrical work are not included.)

PLANNING & COORDINATION OF ANCILLARY WORKS

We are also happy to take care of the planning and organisation of tasks such as drywall construction, electrical installations, painting, flooring, and lighting design.

Depending on the project scope and complexity, we coordinate individual details with you. Our fee is either based on a percentage of the construction cost (10%) or calculated using area and hourly rates.
