What is HECHT's digital field service?
You meet with your personal sales representative at a pre-arranged time via MS Teams for a video meeting. The meeting is one-off and can continue in this form or take the form of a personal visit if you wish. We offer individual statistics on your business and your sales representative discusses these with you.
We can also introduce you to HECHT products in the areas of soft contact lenses, rigid contact lenses and care products. We will show you the individual geometries of the dimensionally stable contact lenses with fluo images and sample videos. The APEX fitting programme, the contact lens materials and the HECHT seminars can also be viewed on request.
What technical requirements do I need?
You do not necessarily need to have MS Teams yourself (as part of Microsoft 365). Your sales representative will provide you with a link that you can easily use to participate.
However, you will need a camera and a microphone on your computer or laptop.
Your sales representative can then share his/her screen with you and show you statistics, for example.
