MEHRBLICK is a non-profit organisation from Hamburg.. It provides homeless and poor people troughout Germany with free eyetests an best possible glasses. Due to the very high volume of donated glasses, they have startet to process some of the glasses artistically The proceeds of the artworks are used to finance an additional member of staff.
Sustainability has many faces. At MEHRBLICK, it`s not just poor peole who enjoy better eyesight thanks tzo a "new" pair of glasses. They also create art objects that are ral eye-catchers!
