Velia Dietz, Dipl.-Des. Textildesign: The use of unusual materials and the exploration of the boundary between design and art characterize the work of textile designer Velia Dietz. For many years, she has been critically examining the flood of discarded materials in a digital, increasingly networked world. However, scientific projects are also a source of inspiration for numerous textile objects. Her works allow a new perspective on current issues of our time from an unusual angle.
