Mr. Frank Bae develops and produces the Frank Custom brand in his own factory in South Korea. With over 20 years of experience in eyewear production, he creates frames that are manufactured down to the smallest detail in a unique and consistent design language. The eyewear designs are intended to retain the value and universality of a timeless classic over time. It is the importance of longevity and timelessness that Frank Custom strives for.
The design incorporates elements of South Korean tradition and culture. The result is a diverse collection made of G-Clex, ß-titanium and acetate. The delicate PORTRAIT series is made from acetate-like G-Clex and, at around 5 grams per model, offers an extraordinary feel-good factor for every wearer. The ß-titanium models exude a special Korean flair. The current Browline models link up with the voluminous acetate series. The collection is rounded off by acetate frames with a chased temple core and pad system.
