The next level of digitalization

“Everything from a single source” - this is how Ralph Hermenau, Senior Manager Global Product Management Digital Services at Rodenstock, describes the latest expansion of the digital eco-system CNXT® from Rodenstock. Following the successful introduction of CNXT® smart, which successfully and automatically networks all Rodenstock devices, and CNXT® select, the flexible and intelligent lens consultation service, Rodenstock is now expanding its all-round solution for the modern optician with CNXT® shop.

Thanks to the automated data flow within all CNXT® applications, the entire consultation and purchasing process can now be completed within one platform with a familiar interface in CNXT® shop. From the refraction values and the desired lens to the frame shape of all common frame providers, the optician can directly complete the desired order, which is simultaneously checked for correctness via the software and the optician is informed of the order status.

The bundling of all relevant processes in one platform saves opticians an enormous amount of time and reduces the manual error rate. As a cloud-based, operating system-independent solution, data loss is ruled out and no software updates are required.

With CNXT® shop, Rodenstock completes its digital ecosystem, which will be gradually accessible to Rodenstock partner opticians from spring 2025 and will thus replace the WinFit ordering software in the future.

The use of CNXT® shop is designed to be intuitive. Tutorials and practical step-by-step training will also be available.
