Rupp + Hubrach (R+H) has completely revamped its partner program: the Luchs partner has become the R+H Visionär; the team concept of “working together as equals” is becoming even more of a focus. The focus is always on the optician and their brand – and, of course, on providing their customers with the best vision. With the new look, partner opticians can put together a customized package of proven building blocks, numerous updates and new support offers along the entire customer journey, or simply be inspired.
With numerous marketing templates and measures on all channels, R+H supports opticians in attracting customers to their stores and inspiring them there; the focus is clearly on R+H's high-tech lenses, which are adapted to personal needs and individual vision requirements. With targeted questions, the optician receives comprehensive information from his customers during the consultation, enabling him to respond even better to their wishes and individual requirements. This creates an awareness of how many different factors influence vision. R+H also supports the “Visionaries” in financing and the simple use of state-of-the-art instruments for high-precision wavefront aberrometry and digital refraction, among other things. This enables them to sustainably increase their expertise and inspire their customers. With eye checks, dry eye measurements and myopia management solutions, they can also increase customer frequency in their stores.
R+H also has a number of useful items for handing over the new glasses: from a brand passport, which the optician can use to confirm the excellent lens quality from Bamberg, and a service card, to a cleaning cloth. A modern communication tool ultimately helps to maintain the connection with customers automatically, either by post, online or with a variant exclusively for customers of the new progressive lens SiiA® 2.
With check-ups, a “future radar” and an “ideas journey”, R+H supports the “Visionäre” in discovering new opportunities and further potential along the customer journey and in exploiting them for themselves. The new partner program, for example, repeatedly provides valuable impetus and facilitates the implementation of the individually compiled modules.
